Employers group IBEC says it strongly supports the EU's position at the forthcoming World Trade Organisation ministerial conference in Doha, in Qatar. But it expressed concern at the targeting by the US, Canada, New Zealand and Australia of the EU's Common Agricultural Policy.

In particular, IBEC is concerned about the targeting of EU farm export subsidies by these countries, while the US, especially, continues significant farm production subsidies/credits for its own farmers.
