ICT Eurotel has opened a customer contact centre in Athlone. The company, part of the US-based ICT Group, provides telesolutions and electronic customer relationship management products.

Costing more than £1 million (#1.27 million), its new customer contact centre will be based in the 13,000 sq ft office facility at the IDA's Athlone Business and Technology Park. It will provide specialised telesales and customer care services for clients in the financial services, insurance, telecommunications, healthcare and other industry sectors.
