I think Irish people generally have the ability to adapt to different cultures. Our history is full of emigration and adaptation and new cultures.

I had a leadership role where people management was the key aspect. That was the challenge that I wanted.

While it is time consuming, it pays dividends in the long term. In changing people's mindset, it helps them understand why that change is happening.
