The human resources industry: A lot of what is driving the resources industry is the huge amount of change in Ireland. Companies are seeing a huge amount of increase in the volume of staff they have on their books, particularly in the IT sector where everybody is looking for people at the moment.

His career today: It's all a part of a learning process. When I look back on how I would have managed as a general manager, I can see that I was always interested in people and their careers and how they were doing.
