The chief executive of Wilson & Horton and managing director of the New Zealand Herald, Mr John Sanders, has been appointed to the board of Independent News & Media. The Wilson & Horton Group is New Zealand's largest news and information group, with newspapers, internet-based media, specialist publishing, commercial and security printing and is part of a consortium which owns the largest commercial radio operator in the country.
