Integrity Holdings, the computer software company, continues to expand with the acquisition of Dublin-based Datasoft, for $1.4 million (€1.3 million). The consideration will be a mixture of cash and shares. Datasoft develops software solutions for companies in oil distribution, food processing, tile supplies and auctioneering. It has a customer base of 130. Datasoft will move to Premier's head office in South Dock Road, Dublin. The acquisition is being made through Integrity's subsidiary, Premier Computer Group. This is Integrity's second acquisition this quarter and follows the take-over of Internet solution provider, Net.Result, for $1.2 million.
