Irish International Sales (IIS) has appointed a new director, Mr Paraic Nolan, specifically to assist companies install Year 2000 solutions. IIS specialises in software solutions for the business and accounting sector. "It is important that Irish companies seek the expertise of skilled programmers to tackle the millennium bomb in earnest," said Mr Marc O'Dwyer, managing director of IIS.

Mr Nolan, a native of Carrignavar, Co Cork, will retain his position as Financial Controller in IIS.
