A High Court action by the former financial director of Kenmare Resources Plc against the publicly-quoted company, and two related sets of

proceedings, were adjourned yesterday to Monday next. An injunction previously obtained by Mr David Horgan (39) of Langara Lodge, Lower Glenageary Road, Co Dublin against Kenmare, with registered offices at Chatham House, Chatham Street, Dublin, and two of its directors, Michael and Charles Carvill, continues until that date.

The order restrains Kenmare Plc and Messrs Carvill from appointing any person other than Mr Horgan as financial director of the company.
