Exploration group Kenmare Resources is raising a net £710,000 sterling in a placing of 11.4 million shares at 7 1/2p sterling a share. A total of 10.3 million shares are being placed with new investors through Hamilton Capital Partners while a further 1.2 million shares are being placed with Kenmare chairman Mr Charles Carvill in settlement of a £90,000 sterling loan from Mr Carvill to the company.
