The seven executive directors of Kingspan Group, received basic remuneration of £568,000 in 1997, an average of £81,000. This compares with £380,000 in the previous year, an average of £54,000. Performance related bonuses of £45,000 were paid to the seven, up from £8,000. Mr Eoin McCarthy and Mr Dermot Mulvihill were each granted 208,335 options. Mr Mulvihill exercised 1,250,000 options at a price of 10p per share. The shares are now trading at around 325p.
