Kingspan, the building products group, has sold three companies acquired when it bought the quoted British floor products group, Hewetson, last January. TL Bennet Holdings, Bennett Windows and Thomas Lowe Joinery are being sold to their existing management team for £4.48 million sterling (#7 million). Kingspan expects a profit of about £100,000 sterling on the disposal.
