The latest edition of the Department of Enterprise, Trade and Employment's guide to labour law has been launched by the Minister of State with responsibility for labour affairs, Mr Tom Kitt. The guide has been updated following the introduction of recent legislation and the receipt of some 82,000 telephone enquiries last year by the Department's employment rights information unit. It is available free of charge.
