WEB Ireland magazine has created a series of business Internet awards. Aimed at the corporate and e-commerce sectors the awards are to "highlight the significance and excellence of Irish Internet activity and growth" within the commercial sector.

There are 14 categories, ranging from the best Irish online advertising campaign to best SME website. Nominations close in mid-September and the winners will be announced in October. Further details of the awards may be obtained from www.internetawards.ie.
