The business community around town is buzzing with talk of the latest batch of millionaires. Some say it's a sign of the zenith of a bull market economy. Others are, er, slightly jealous in their view.
There have, of course, been a whole string of multi-millionaires - Pat Loughrey and Ronan McNamee in Cuisine de France; a bunch of senior executives in New Ireland; the Aldiscon shareholders and a few others.
But the one which has raised the most eyebrows are Sean Melly and his colleagues in TCL Telecom. After less than three years in business, Melly is garnering a few million (the exact amount has not been disclosed) while accountant Bernard Somers and businessman Liam Booth will also do nicely. Now that's what the Margin calls a return on equity.
