Pre-tax profits at Denis O'Brien's aircraft leasing business Aergo Capital decreased sharply last year to $6 million (€4.7 million).
Accounts filed with the Companies Office show that revenues fell by 85.5 per cent from $114.6 million to $16.6 million in the 12 months to the end of December.
The filings show that pre-tax profits last year declined by 79 per cent from $29.4 million to $6 million.
The drop in profits follows Aergo's disposal of its South African-based Safair group for $91.7 million gross in November 2010.
