McConnells Advertising has won the National Lottery account, one of the most lucrative in the State. The company beat five other firms which were placed on a short list following an initial tender last November. The short-listed candidates were CDP Associates, DDFH&B Advertising, Des O'Meara & Partners, Irish International and McCann-Erickson.
