Ryanair has appointed former minister for finance and European internal market and services commissioner Charlie McCreevy to its board as a non-executive director, the low-cost airline has announced.
Dublin-based Ryanair said yesterday it had also appointed Declan McKeon, former audit partner of Pricewaterhouse-Coopers, as a non-executive director, increasing the board membership of the airline to 10 members.
Mr McCreevy was minister for finance from 1997 to 2004. – (Bloomberg)
