Nama has made a profit by selling lands in Mayfair in London to entrepreneur John Caudwell, who is believed to have paid £150 million to close the deal.

The 250-space car park in South Audley Street, with surrounding properties near Hyde Park, is one of the properties formerly controlled by Derek Quinlan. The financier borrowed £125 million to buy the property at the height of the boom in 2005.
