Exploration company Minmet has received acceptances relating to 95.7 per cent of the outstanding share capital of Connary Minerals.

Minmet now owns or has received acceptances in respect of 98.5 per cent of Connary shares in issue. Dealings in the new Minmet shares are expected to start on September 11th.
