The Institute of Taxation has introduced an Internet tax information service, TaxFind Online. The service, said to be the first of its kind in the world, came online yesterday as the institute released its collection of 21 tax publications containing the Tax Code for 1999/2000.
The Internet service is aimed at institute members as well as anyone else who is interested in the Irish tax system. It is an internet version of the Institute's tax research CD-ROM, Taxfind and contains 100,000 pages of tax information from legislation, case law, revenue publications and commentary.
