Novell, the software company with 140 employees in Dublin, plans to double its Irish workforce over the next three years, the Tanaiste, Ms Harney, said yesterday. Some 80 per cent of the new jobs will be for thirdlevel graduates. Ms Harney, currently on an IDA Ireland marketing trip in the US, said Novell planned to open a new division within the company, based in Dublin, to handle all aspects of e-commerce for the European, Middle Eastern and African markets.
