Starburst studs on a 1971 jumpsuit, the initials on a red satin pillowcase and the engraved silver barrel of a Walther PPk-s 9mm handgun all add up to one man - Elvis Presley. The items are three of 1,200 lots in the first auction by Elvis Presley Enterprises of memorabilia from the Graceland Archives.
Potential investors can view them online for pre-sale bidding from September 6th at www.icollector.com, which trades on the London Ofex. The auction by Guernsey's is in Las Vegas in October.
