Pastel Software, which recently established its European headquarters in Dublin, has announced two new appointments

Pastel Software, which recently established its European headquarters in Dublin, has announced two new appointments. Mr David Gough, who previously worked with Keysoft and Irish International Sales, has been appointed reseller channel manager. Ms Vivienne Ryan has been appointed marketing executive for the upcoming launch of Pastel's new range of products. Ms Ryan previously worked as a sales consultant with Data Edge.

Mr Nicolas De Santis has been appointed marketing director with Online Travel Portal Limited, the new pan-European travel portal backed by nine shareholder airlines. Mr De Santis was previously chief marketing officer of beenz.com.

Ms Gwen Wright has joined e-business solution provider KBRIX as chief executive. She will be responsible for delivering the business strategy and directing the finance, operations, sales and marketing functions of the company.

Interxion, which operates a number of Internet exchange centres, has hired Mr Tom Cahill as managing director of its Dublin Internet exchange centre. Prior to joining Interxion, Mr Cahill was chief operations officer at ETP.

Dublin-based e-learning company Electric Paper has appointed three senior developers. Ms Tanya Chestnut, Ms Laura Hennessy and Ms Jennie Fitzpatrick have joined the company from EMC. They will be responsible for creating and developing the company's IT training and testing software.

Mr Rory Williams has moved to Treasury Holdings from the law firm Arthur Cox, where he was a partner in the corporate department specialising in commercial law. He joins Treasury Holdings as director of legal and commercial.

Mr Simon Mackfall has been appointed general manager of Reed Personnel Services Ireland. He will be responsible for Reed's five specialist recruitment businesses, its general recruitment business, Reed Employment Services, and its executive recruitment business, Reed Management Solutions.

SAS Ireland has made three new appointments to its executive team. Mr Robert Walshe has been appointed customer communications executive. He will be responsible for customer care and support, product information and sales for the Irish market.

SAS Ireland has also appointed Mr Paul Flavin as sales executive for the manufacturing, distribution and pharmaceutical sectors, and Ms Sharon Dowling as marketing and sales executive.

Mr Rob McCarthy has joined Pinnacle Computing as business development manager.

Due to expansion at its Dublin office, Eden Recruitment has announced two new appointments. Ms Catherine Sheridan and Ms Janice Robertson have both joined the company as consultants to its IT division.

Wireless software solutions company ANAM has hired Ms Hazel Short as sales manager. Ms Short joins ANAM from Citel where she was channel sales manager with responsibility for European and US operations.

Mr Peter Lyon has been appointed Irish business development and sales director at Breakaway Solutions' European solutions centre.

Mr Paul Carroll has been appointed managing partner at A&L Goodbody Solicitors. Mr Carroll, who has been with the firm for more than 20 years, is a partner in the commercial department. Following two terms of office, Mr Frank O'Riordan is to become senior partner with the firm from May 1st next.
