Shareholders in the property group Dunloe Ewart have unanimously approved the acquisition of a UK property portfolio for £59.8 million sterling (€87.8 million).
The 22 properties are being purchased from Sydney & London Properties Ltd and will provide an initial yield of 8.4 per cent. The largest property in the portfolio - a mix of 50 per cent office, 32 per cent retail and 18 per cent industrial - is the Castle Shopping Centre in Antrim.
