Excellence Ireland (formerly the Irish Quality Association) and the Northern Ireland Quality Centre are to provide a business excellence recognition scheme to 500 small and medium-sized enterprises in Northern Ireland and the border counties.

The scheme is being funded by the International Fund for Ireland, CBI, IBEC and Co-operation Ireland.
