Lousy results, no dividend and now no chief executive. Shareholders in Oakhill should have some interesting questions for a board that includes such luminaries as Pierce (Apax) Casey, Denis (eIsland) O'Brien, Alastair (Masstock) McGuckian, Gerry (Nissan) O'Toole, not to mention Ray McLoughlin.
Add in Peter (Eircom) Lynch, who owns 8 per cent of the company, and that's quite a collection of corporate heavy-hitters to have running a company.
Oakhill isn't in quite the same terminal state as James Crean, from which it was demerged last year and which owns 20 per cent of Oakhill.
But last May's results and prospects of no dividend for the next two half-years is a depressing prospect.
Now with Donnacha Hurley quitting with no reason given, shareholders have the added unpleasant prospect of a gap in the management.
It's time for some answers from the heavy-hitters on the board!
