A new recruitment website has started as part of a joint venture between recruitment consultants MERC, Marlborough, CPL and Skill Base. Opened by the Tanaiste, Ms Harney, www.taps.ie is a branded Internet advertising site for recruitment consultants and companies recruiting in Ireland. People registering with the site, which is free, will be emailed all relevant positions nightly.
