Contracting Plus, an accountancy group for professional contractors formerly known as CXC Consultants Exchange, is to take on 30 new staff as it plans to expand in Ireland as well as Britain and Europe.
Some 17 of the jobs will be based at the company’s Irish offices in Dublin and Cork, according to the company, which recently became wholly Irish-owned. The jobs will range from graduate to management level across sales and marketing, finance, tax and payroll.
Turnover at Contracting Plus is up 20 per cent this year to €4.6 million, while employee numbers exceed 100 at its offices in Ireland, Britain, Russia and India.
The company claims 3,000 clients in sectors such as aviation, engineering, pharmaceutical and IT.
Chairman Michael Dineen said management had been “delighted” when the opportunity arose to buy out its minority shareholder and rebrand. “We have seen significant growth in the flexible workforce in Ireland, and our company has expanded in line with that growth.”
