Guilbaud Company Turns Profit
The accumulated profits of Becklock Ltd, the company behind the Patrick Guilbaud restaurant in Dublin’s Merrion Hotel, increased to €184,840 in the year to the end of August 2009, accounts filed recently show.
The abridged balance sheet for the company shows the accumulated profits figure rose from €152,714 at the beginning of the year. The company had bank loans of €582,367 at year’s end, down almost €30,000 on the figure at the start of the year.
The bulk of the debt, €442,367, was repayable either in two to five years or in five years or more.
The shareholders in the company are: Lochlann Quinn; Martin Naughten; Guillaume Lebrun; Patrick Guilbaud; and Stephen Robin.
