Saudi Arabia plans to introduce its own version of the information superhighway within months, a Saudi newspaper quoted an official as saying.
Saudi Gazette quoted the head of the King Abdel-Aziz City for Science and Technology (KACST) as saying that a study had been completed on how to prevent "objectionable material that goes against the country's religious and moral values" from entering the country through the Internet.
Saudi Arabia strictly controls and censors publications entering the country. - (Reuters)
