The chief executive of software group Parthus Technologies, Mr Brtian Long, has given away shares worth €1.5 million as gifts. Most of the recipients of the gifted shares have not been disclosed although Mr Long's wife received 280,000 shares worth €165,000. After the transfer of the shares, Mr Long retains more than 108 million Parthus shares which have a current value of £40 million sterling (€64 million).
