The latest move to tackle the IT skills shortage sees the introduction of a software product aimed at helping managers hire the right people. "Prevue Assessment" helps employers make decisions about hiring, training, managing, or promoting. The exclusive distribution rights to the product have been signed for Ireland by Mr Deiric McCann, whose company Profiles Assessment Ireland (www.profilesireland.com) will market the software.
