JBA Ireland has won a £750,000 contract to instal its customer services, logistics and financial software at Softbank Services Group's (SSG) Irish operational base in Sandyford, Co Dublin.

The deal should facilitate further growth at SSG Ireland according to Mr Brian Cunningham, president of the group's international operations. "The installation of JBA's System 21 will provide a platform for the substantial growth we are planning. We estimate our operation in Dublin will expand by 50 per cent in the next 12 months. It will also radically upgrade our systems and make them EMU and Year 2000 compliant."
