Irish registered companies whose securities are traded outside Dublin will come within the remit of the Takeover Panel regime, the Minister for Science, Technology and Commerce, Mr Noel Treacy, said yesterday.

New regulations extending the scope of the Takeover Panel Act 1997 are to come into effect from Monday, March 26th.
