Preliminary talks between SIPTU and management, aimed at resolving the current grading dispute at State industrial agencies Forfas, Enterprise Ireland and IDA Ireland, resumed yesterday.

Full talks are to be chaired by two arbitrators nominated by the two sides, although they will not be named until later this week. SIPTU has agreed to postpone industrial action for a month to allow the talks to take place.
