A working group which will examine Ireland's capacity to keep pace with technological change will present its findings to the Government by the end of the year.

Technology Foresight, launched by the Minister for Science, Technology and Commerce, Mr Treacy, yesterday, is being managed by the working group within the Irish Council for Science, Technology and Innovation. The group is being led by the chairman of Siemens Ireland, Mr Brian Sweeney.
