Aepona signs deal with US firm Neustar
Belfast-headquartered Aepona has secured a multimillion-dollar three-year contract with US firm Neustar, which it says will give it “ an important toehold in the emerging mobile cloud computing market”.
Aepona grew rapidly last year, with revenues increasing from $21 million (€15.2 million) to $35 million. It now plans to increase its global workforce of 260 people by 15 per cent over the next six months.
Damovo secures €4.5m in contracts
Damovo Ireland, the technology solutions and service provider, has secured €4.5 million in new service contracts for 2011.
The company said that despite the challenging economic conditions, it is experiencing “huge demand from Irish businesses looking to outsource the management of their IT infrastructures and applications”.
Damovo is now managing a wide range of technology requirements, including overseeing 134,000 customer communications ports from its Dublin network operations centre.
