Anglo Irish Bank is likely to remain centre-stage this week, as the Government’s masterplan to split the beleaguered bank into two separate entities comes in for further scrutiny. According to the Department of Finance, the Minister for Finance Brian Lenihan may appear before the Oireachtas on Thursday to discuss the bank.
