Forecasts to shed light on what future holds for economy

A number of economic projections are due out this week and should shed some light on what the future holds for the domestic economy.

Tomorrow, Davy Stockbrokers will outline its economic predictions for 2007 and 2008, while Jim Power, chief economist at Friends First, will present his latest quarterly outlook on Thursday.

Meanwhile, reporting season continues in full flow, with a slew of interim results out this week.
