No one could accuse this year's Institute of Creative Advertising and Design committee of being slack. Under its president, Mr Mark Nutley, from Javelin, it has been in overdrive organising this year's advertising and design exhibition and its award ceremony.
To cap it all, the committee has published a stylish book of the exhibition, called The Best of Advertising & Design Awards. It includes both the nominations and winners for 1999 in all categories, from print advertising to interactive media, and is a comprehensive overview of who has been doing what and which agencies have been doing the best work during the past year.
