The Northern Ireland Tourist Board has appointed Ms Isabel Jennings to the post of international marketing director. She joins the board from GM Market Growth in Craigavon where she was director of export sales and marketing. Her previous experience includes marketing and sales for Tyrone Crystal and Munster Simms Engineering.
IWP International, the household and personal care company, has announced that Mr Hubert Mentink has retired from the board. Mr Mentink became a director of IWP after it purchased the Dutch personal care and household firm, Royal Sanders.
Standard Life has appointed Ms Maria O'Connell its assistant general manager for pensions and legal affairs in its chief office in St Stephen's Green, Dublin. Ms O'Connell is a barrister and joined the company in 1996.

Mr Stephen Lynch is the new head of audit services at Ernst & Young's Limerick office. Mr Lynch will be responsible for audit and business advisory services.
Dragon Oil has appointed Mr Brent D. Kinney as an independent non-executive director. Mr Kinney is an international petroleum lawyer and non-executive director of Renaissance Energy, a Canadian-quoted exploration and production company.
Ms Aine Cassidy, direct marketing manager with Ark Life, has been elected chairwoman of the Irish Direct Marketing Association.
Alcatel Euteltracs, the fleet management satellite communications company, has appointed Mr Tony Fitzgerald as business development manager for Ireland. Mr Fitzgerald has previous experience in the shipping and transport sectors.
