A petition to wind up the oil exploration company, Tuskar Resources, will be brought before the High Court today unless there is an appeal against the refusal by the court yesterday to appoint an examiner.
The company claimed it was having cash-flow problems as a result of a dispute which was preventing the sale of oil resources.
Mr Justice Brian McCracken said he was not satisfied there was a reasonable prospect of the survival of the company as a going concern and refused the petition of the directors to appoint an examiner.
