HAVING conducted a successful auction at Clonhugh House, Mullingar, last week, Oliver Usher will be holding an antiques and fine art sale next Thursday at the Conyngham Arms Hotel in Slane, starting at 6.30 p.m.

Lots include a number of house clearance items, featuring such pieces as a Victorian mahogany bookcase, a Sheraton bowfront inlaid cabinet, a Georgian corner - washstand and hunt tables and a Nelson sideboard.
