The writer Molly Keane spent 50 years in her home overlooking Ardmore Bay and the house, where her daughter Virginia Brownlow now lives, is being developed as a writers’ retreat and centre for literary events in association with Waterford County Council Arts Office.

Polly Devlin and Robert O'Byrne – an unmissable combo who have long championed the author of Good Behaviour– will host a celebration of the life and work of Molly Keane at the house from June 3rd to 5th (see mollykeanewritersretreats.com for details). PATSEY MURPHY
