There are 125,600 members of the Church of Ireland in the Republic, according to the 2006 census.

This makes it the second-largest Christian denomination in the State, after the Catholic Church.

According to the 2001 census in Northern Ireland, there are 257,788 members of the Church of Ireland there, or 15.3 per cent of the population. The total Church of Ireland population, according to those figures, is 383,388.
