John Dahl, the US director who made his mark in the early 1990s with Red Rock West and The Last Seduction, will be the subject of the tribute programme at the Corona Cork Film Festival, which runs from October 14th to 21st.

Dahl, who also made Rounders and Road Kill, will give a masterclass and the festival will screen his new thriller You Kill Me, starring Ben Kingsley, Tea Leoni, Luke Wilson and Bill Pullman.

Canadian director Peter Raymont, whose films include the Rwanda-set Shake Hands With the Devil, will give the documentary masterclass at the festival. www.corkfilmfest.org
