In last Saturday's Fine Art and Antiques column, a photograph of British and foreign medals of the 3rd Earl of Lucan was inadvertently reproduced upside down.

Contrary to the impression given by the headline "Tax plan `a fraud' - SIPTU leader" in yesterday's editions, the president of SIPTU, Mr Jimmy Somers, has welcomed the statement by the Tanaiste and Minister for Enterprise, Trade and Employment in Cork last Friday on proposed tax reforms for the lower paid in the next budget.
