A report in yesterday's editions headed "Insecure childhood most common factor in suicides, says coroner" stated incorrectly that 26 per cent of people said they attended Mass regularly in Munster and Connacht. In fact research has shown a decline of 26 per cent in Mass attendances in Munster and 11 per cent in Connacht-Ulster.
