In a November 11th column by Vincent Browne on Irish Life, it was stated that the managing director of the company, Mr David Went, told an Oireachtas committee that a 1994 investigation had shown 100 customers to have been disadvantaged by the policies they were sold. Mr Went pointed out that 27 of those customers have now been compensated as a result of the investigation.
