In Saturday's report headed "Youth psychiatric services `face crisis'", Prof Patricia Casey was quoted as saying that child and adolescent psychiatric services were virtually non-existent at present. In fact, Prof Casey was referring only to in-patient child and adolescent psychiatric services.

In the Magazine last Saturday, Judge Andrew Phelan, from Co Waterford, was incorrectly described as English in an item highlighting Out of the Blue on RTE 1 tomorrow at 7.30 p.m. He is the author of Ireland from the Sea.

In Saturday's editions under the heading "Ex-garda convinced on serial killer" it was stated that retired Garda inspector Gerry O'Carroll had not been asked about the "Kerry babies" case in a RTE Radio Liveline interview last Friday.

In fact, Joe Duffy stated on air on Friday that time precluded broadcasting all of the interview and the rest would be broadcast on Monday. On Liveline yesterday, the second part of the interview, in which the "Kerry babies" case was discussed, was broadcast.
